I began working on iD Tech 365 as a freelancer in grad school - using the work to make sure that I kept my chops up in all of the areas of technology that I had worked extensively in, but wasn't focusing on at the time. Initially I was only developing content in GameSalad, but before long I was working on courses in Java, Unity, and Minecraft Modding. Eventually, I was managing a team of 6 content developers, all working on several different courses for iD Tech 365 ranging from Photoshop to C++. Finally, when I went to work for iD Tech full time, I began teaching saturday workshops and evangelizing for the product as an internet alter-ego known as Tamasaurus Rex. These workshops were one weekend a month, and became well known for being able to get kids from square one to a working project, regardless of programming language or software complexity, in under an hour.
